In Liberia, the student-to-chair ratio remains a significant issue, particularly in rural areas. There is a lack of 400 000 (!) chairs. Many schools lack sufficient chairs, forcing some pupils to sit two or three on a chair or even on the floor or cement blocks.
HELOG is ready to take over the lead, to promote the concept and to organize the campaign. HELOG is qualified and has the technical expertise to operate the production set-up and conduct the production in an organistionally professional manner.
