This includes the concept development (feasibility studies, design planning, and preliminary assessments), shipping costs as well as overseeing factory construction, technical implementation, engineering and quality requirements through HELOG Academy. Additionally, HELOG Academy will manage the production activities during the first two years of operations, highlighting HELOG’s dedication to the project's sustainability and
long-term impact.
Legal concept and
financial management
The participants in the concept unite to form a Cooperative and Strategic Alliance “PPP One Child One Chair” in whose statutes the responsibilities are clearly defined.
- HELOG Academy e.V., the German NGO, ensures the proper and responsible utilization of funds and oversees regular reporting.
- HELOG affirm that all activities related to the use of these funds will comply with the Liberia laws and regulations governing foreign donations, including any required registration, reporting, and financial transparency procedures.
- HELOG Academy demonstrate the commitment to transparency, and agree to undergo a regular external audits by credible independent third parties to review the financial management of the donated funds.
- All donations are credited to a Notary trust account.
- The factual correctness of the Business plan is verified by auditors.
- Payments according the schedule in the business plan are approved by auditor.
